• Classic Rooms – are lower standard and located in the building next to the ice rink. They are spacious, have 3 separate beds, a balcony, a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, basic toiletries, TV, safe, fridge, hairdryer. These rooms are in a building connected to the main part by an underpass, so you can reach the restaurant and sports facilities without going outside. A plus is the fitness center located right at this building's entrance.
• Deluxe Rooms – are higher standard and located in the main hotel building with reception. They feature 2 separate beds with a possibility of 2 extra beds. Bathrooms have a tub or shower, TV, safe, fridge, hairdryer, toiletries. Most rooms have a balcony. The rooms are in the main part, which includes a restaurant, lobby bar, gym, wellness, conference center, and kids’ corner.

We love pets, but to ensure maximum comfort and convenience for all our guests, stays with pets are not possible.

All our rooms are equipped with hotel fridges, which we can stock according to your preferences for an additional fee

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available for guests throughout the entire hotel complex.

Yes, parking is free of charge for our guests.

Yes, our entire premises are monitored by a camera system.

Our hotel does not have an elevator. However, Deluxe rooms on the first floor are designed to be wheelchair accessible. Please note that there are a few steps leading to the restaurant.

Yes, upon request we can provide a baby cot with a mattress, blanket, and pillow. The cot is available at an extra charge of €15 for the entire stay.

For our guests, the stay includes one hour of ice rink use during designated times (schedule available at the reception), as well as access to the gym, multifunctional sports field, outdoor workout area, table tennis, outdoor pools (seasonal, from May until the end of September), and the fitness center.

Yes, at the hotel you can borrow sports equipment free of charge, including balls (football, volleyball, basketball), tennis rackets, badminton rackets, table tennis paddles, floorball sticks, and ice skates. Bicycles for both children and adults are also available for rent at an extra charge, along with much more.

In our Deluxe rooms, there is a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed. It comfortably sleeps two people, making it an ideal option for families who need additional sleeping space.

Yes, our hotel features a kids’ playroom with puzzles, toys, and board games. In addition, the hotel grounds include an outdoor playground with a slide, a wooden climbing frame, and two swings.

During the wellness center’s opening hours, daily from 3:30 PM to 9:00 PM, you can enter its facilities repeatedly, with no limit on the number of entries.

In our wellness center, we offer various types of massages.
If you are interested in a massage, it is necessary to make a reservation in advance at the hotel reception.

Our wellness center is also open to the public for a fee of €22 for 3 hours.

Yes, we will be happy to wash and iron your clothes for a fee of €10 per laundry bag.

No, there is no ATM in the hotel. The nearest one is located in Námestovo, approximately a 10-minute drive away

Our ice rink is open all year round, as it is an indoor ice rink.

Every day, one hour on the ice rink is reserved exclusively for our accommodated guests. During this time, you can go ice skating. The current schedule is available at the hotel reception.
